P4SHOP Seller Terms and Conditions

Welcome to P4SHOP.US. These Seller Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between P4SHOP.US ("P4SHOP", "we", "our", or "us") and all individuals or businesses ("Seller", "Vendor", or "you") who register and sell products through our marketplace.

By registering as a seller on P4SHOP.US, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Seller Eligibility

To become a seller on P4SHOP.US, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Own or be legally authorized to sell the products you list.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

P4SHOP reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any seller account at its sole discretion.

2. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller, you agree to:

• List only genuine and legal products.
• Maintain accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.
• Keep inventory updated.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Process and fulfill orders within the stated processing time.
• Package products securely.
• Provide quality customer service.

3. Product Listings

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all product information is accurate.

Listings must include:

• Product title
• Clear description
• Original product images
• Selling price
• Available quantity
• Product specifications
• Warranty information (if applicable)

P4SHOP may edit, remove, or reject listings that violate our policies.

4. Prohibited Products

The following products are prohibited:

• Counterfeit or fake products
• Illegal drugs
• Weapons and firearms
• Explosives
• Pornographic materials
• Stolen goods
• Hazardous chemicals
• Human body parts
• Live animals (unless permitted by law)
• Tobacco products where prohibited
• Alcohol where prohibited
• Products violating intellectual property rights

P4SHOP reserves the right to remove prohibited listings without notice.

5. Product Authenticity

Sellers guarantee that all products sold are authentic.

Selling counterfeit products may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent ban
• Removal of all listings
• Refunds to customers
• Legal action where applicable

6. Pricing

Sellers determine their own prices.

Prices displayed must include:

• Product price
• Applicable taxes (where required)

Hidden charges are not permitted.

7. Orders

When an order is placed, sellers must:

• Confirm the order promptly.
• Prepare the order for shipment.
• Ship within the promised timeframe.
• Update shipment information.

Repeated order cancellations may lead to penalties.

8. Shipping and Delivery

P4shop is responsible for:

• Safe packaging
• Timely dispatch
• Providing tracking information where available

·       In the case where P4shop agents are not available in your location, Sellers may sort out delivery and packaging with a p4shop receipt attached.

• Cost of delivery/shipment is already configured according to product weight, distance and Price Value so sellers do not need to worry about delivery charges.

9. Returns and Refunds

Sellers must accept returns where:

• Wrong product was delivered.
• Product arrived damaged.
• Product differs significantly from description.
• Defective product received.

Refunds shall be processed according to P4SHOP's Return & Refund Policy.

10. Seller Performance

P4SHOP monitors seller performance based on:

• Order fulfillment rate
• Customer reviews
• Cancellation rate
• Complaint rate
• Product quality

Poor-performing sellers may receive warnings or account restrictions.

11. Fees and Charges

Seller registration on P4SHOP is free.

P4SHOP may only charge applicable service fees, advertising fees, or promotional fees where applicable.

Any future fee changes will be communicated in advance.

12. Payments

Payments to sellers shall be made after:

• Customer payment is confirmed.
• Seller Confirms order has been fulfilled.
• Any applicable verification period has passed.

Payout schedules may vary depending on payment method. we use Paystack for payments, you must add your correct account details on your vendors dashboard to accept payment from p4shop. You can monitor your Balance Amount from your vendors dashboard, payout charges applies (2.0%) of your total income is deducted during cashout due to Paystack charges.

13. Taxes

Sellers are solely responsible for:

• Paying applicable taxes to the Government.
• Registering for tax obligations where required.
• Complying with local tax laws.

P4SHOP is not responsible for seller tax liabilities.

14. Intellectual Property

Sellers must own or have permission to use:

• Product images
• Logos
• Brand names
• Product descriptions

Uploading copyrighted material without permission is prohibited.

15. Customer Communication

Sellers shall communicate professionally with customers.

The following are prohibited:

• Abusive language
• Harassment
• Misleading information
• Soliciting customers to transact outside P4SHOP

16. Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to:

• Manipulate reviews
• Create fake orders
• Inflate ratings
• Misrepresent products
• Circumvent marketplace policies

may result in immediate suspension.

17. Account Suspension

P4SHOP may suspend or terminate seller accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Counterfeit products
• Repeated customer complaints
• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal activities
• Failure to fulfill orders

18. Limitation of Liability

P4SHOP provides a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers.

P4SHOP is not responsible for:

• Seller inventory losses
• Business interruptions
• Lost profits
• Shipping delays caused by third parties
• Seller tax obligations

19. Indemnification

The seller agrees to indemnify and hold P4SHOP harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, legal fees, or expenses arising from:

• Seller products
• Seller conduct
• Violation of  laws
• Intellectual property infringement

20. Privacy

Seller information shall be processed in accordance with the P4SHOP Privacy Policy.

21. Amendments

P4SHOP reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the marketplace constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. Where unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Nigeria.
